In order to create a new sales team in Amsterdam we are searching from 1st December or January on two

Your tasks:

• Give customer support and administrate existing clients
• Respond clients'requests and quote ad-hoc requirements

• Manage complaints, administer our booking systems and generate performance analysis
• Identify custumor potential and gain new clients via telephone
• With broad experience in inside sales occasional custumer visits

Your profile:

• Vocational training related to logistics or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of logistics and airline industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in custumor service or sales
• Command Dutch and English fluently, Spanish intermediately (corporate language)
• Advanced command of MS Offic
• Willingness to work occasionally on Saturday and on-call duty
• service minded and team player with high flexibility
• Analytical, structured and individual initiative
